The Viper Heavy Duty Handcuffs are made from nickel plated steel and are a tough bit of kit for tough situations. They are designed for official police use and come complete with 2 keys.

These handcuffs can be single and double locked. When single locked the jaw may be tightened as required, but when double locked the jaw cannot be moved in either direction. The instructions for locking and unlocking these handcuffs are on the back of the box in which they come in.
