A new discovery for our tasting panel, this Sparkling Shiraz is named after Thomas Goss, one of the original McLaren Vale pioneers. Luscious, dark fruited, with delicious plum, chocolate and Christmas cake notes, it's perfect chilled with Christmas lunch.
