This is a 50 / 50 blend of Albarino and Pinot Grigio, and combines the winemaking styles of a PetNat with a traditional sparkling wine. The nose shows an up front hit of yellow stone fruits with kumquat and fresh fall apple cider. The palate is light with good acid and a flavor set of stone fruits, lemon and apple with just there baking spice.
