Produced at Banfi Piemonte’s historical 19th Century Sparkling Wine Cellars, formerly known as Bruzzone, Banfi Brut is expressly linked to the terroir and cellars dedicated to the production of Metodo Classico, where wine fermenting in the bottle rest on traditional, centuries-old pupitres.

Each bottle of Banfi Brut is a classic example of an aristocratic, dry sparkling wine. A fine selection of grapes — Chardonnay for bouquet and lightness, Pinot Noir for body and depth of character and Pinot Blanc for overall roundness — are all blended together to create this elegant sparkling wine.

Showcasing a pale-straw like colour,  and a bouquet of intense and fragrant, toasty flavors. The taste is fresh, with gentle acidity, with apple, toast, and mineral flavors followed by a crisp, long finish.

 This sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif and as a complement to seafood, hors d’oeuvres and first courses.
