This is a beautiful etched amethyst on a quartz matrix specimen. It measures 22×42×66 mm and weighs 65.9 g. It is possibly from Montana, however we acquired it from a collection, so we cannot be sure. Nonetheless it is an amazing piece, and will fit right in with any collection.
